Mr M. Fairbairn, Principal
Dear Parents and Students,
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to our school website and we thank you for taking the time to visit. Spine Road High School has been an integral part of Mitchell’s Plain community for 35 years.
This website aims to showcase the breadth of experience we offer our students and to give them a platform to display their wonderful projects and achievements.
I am proud to be at the helm of this esteemed school of excellence. It is a privilege for me to work with our learners, staff and families to ensure that our school is the very best that it can be.
At Spine Road High School, we pride ourselves on supporting the growth of each and every learner at our school, enabling them to become confident, competent and thoughtful adults who are able to think from both a local and global mindset.
Done through the employment of innovative teaching and assessment practice, we cater to the needs of each individual learner and class as a whole to both stimulate and educate them in a holistic and in-depth manner. Co-operative planning and team teaching are also adopted and encouraged from day one to create the best possible learning environment for our learners.
I hope you enjoy your visit to our website and, should you wish to contact us, please feel free to. Our details can be found under the Contact Page tab.
